Rolling or spraying?
we spray. talked to my body guy about the tailgate on the chevy that faded out. first thing he said when i told him about was that it dried too fast. he says clearcoat will do the same thing, get foggy or look "white out" if it drys too fast. you've said before that moisture helps monsta cure faster, thats why we mist water on it. so maybe when the dew settled that night, the monsta had way more water on it than it needed and it dried faster?

its an idea. shooting you a pm shortly

Nice! Received the order on Saturday, will get to my projects finally that I have sitting in the bay. Chassis saver and the OD Green for my jeep! Will post before and after pics as I go along. Look forward to seeing the final outcome. I have a lot of customers that want to see it done first hand, than we can rock the product.

thank you!
as for the soft top ordeal,
i painted the rails on my yj and had no issues. i think the rails on tj's are part of the tub however. i know there are tj's on here that have painted their tubs with no issues.

i guess i'm not being alot of help but maybe someone with a tj will chime in and give you a better answer. however i can say that 80 mils (the thickness of 2 coats of monsta on each side of the rail is just about exactly 1/16". if you only spray one coat up under the rail you will be at 1/64" in lost thickness up under there. in my opinion one coat is more than enough coverage under the rail since it is not exposed to much of any abuse.

As other have confirmed, you should not have a problem with soft top

You can get the free Chassis Saver but the freight cost we can't absorb to CN without losing money

You can put items in the shop cart and check what freight will be before you decide to buy

Ok, so just to be clear... All I need to order is the Chasis Saver, Tintable Roll-on Kit, and an 8 oz can of whatever color I want?
