If this is for 2 separate jobs, Best way to purchase this is as a 2 gallon kit and split the color, 1 can each ODG + LQG
I'll throw you some extra rollers
Just let me know if you need extra roller handle

And finally, I have 4 customers wanting to roll/line their JK's wheel flares. They are all painted to factory color. Thoughts or tips on doing that? WIll all be the black in color of course.thanks again!

Mark
Many have done exterior of hardtops and I know of a few have done inside with nice results. You'll get some help with noise, not super dramatic

For inside roof if possible, you may want to flip it upside down to avoid having to roll overhead

Painted factory flares I'm almost sure are fiberglass with paint not the black plastic like many jeeps come with. Prepping/coating this would be no different than a metal tub with paint. Just scuff/solvent clean/roll

Couple questions

Got the 2 gal kit was going to roll it on but now thinking about spraying it on.

What spray paint mask is ok to use with this safely.would a
Binks Millenium 300 respirator be ok to use. Or a 3M mask

They do have this warning tho.

Binks Millenium respirators are not to be used with urethane paints or any other paints containing di-isocyanates. Painters using urethanes or di-isocyanates.

I will be doing it in a garage that has a 8x16 garage door and i do have a big fan.

If i don't spray it and roll it on. can the color be added to the gallon and mixed. then add the hardener later on to make smaller amounts as needed.

I would like to use all of the 2 gal that i got for my 4 door jk. about how many coats will that give me spraying or rolling.I only got a total of 4 of the big rollers and 4 of the smaller rollers. would i need more if i roll it all on.

THANKS.

Get a 3M 6211 or 6311
Amazon price is decent

Are you talking about using 2 gals in tub or exterior?

I used 1 gal to do my tub(rolled) and 2 gal to do the exterior(sprayed), both sides of the hood, grille, inner fender skirts, dash, tail gate, on my CJ7-no doors.
