Before I even think of applying ML, I have a lot of fixing to do. I want to remove the snaps that are around the tub (they are all over the place), and I need to fill those holes as well as patch the spot where there was a CB radio antenna, and the extra holes around the windshield and tub that accumulated from all the the PO's.

Any suggestions of what to use to patch these holes that would also accept ML application?

Any type of bondo should do the trick.

So how much are you willing to pay for good help, and how much would it cost for your good help to live in Long Island?

We pay decent but the cost to live on LI is out of control
A cheap crap apartment is 900/mo and taxes are sick for all real estate

This is why I'm moving the company to Alabama. Cost of living there may be 30 to 40% lower and real estate taxes are 90% lower!

I would not coat over that stuff if it's just bathroom or window type black silicone caulk. That stuff is not paintable

How much caulk is in there?
