I fell asleep and the auction ended @ $46

My gut told me it would not even be close to working for ML
It only pushes 2 PSI
It don't make sense that if you need 50 PSI minimum to spray ML how in heck is that thing going to work? It would be like baby food running down the chin when a kid doesn't want to eat.

An excerpt from a very funny thread I just found talking about how ML colors work...

"How does the color system work with it? Does it ship white and then you add the color concentrate?"

"It's not really a white, sorta a nasty infectious tannish snot color, LOL The activator/catalyst is a neon purple snot color and then the color concentrate"

"So put the Purple snot into the tan snot add the color and it comes out looking good? I really don't like layering snot into my interior, haha"

"No, you add the color to the tan snot and stir well to make colored goop, then you add the purple snot to your colored goop and you have Monstaliner, LOL,,,, Just dont try to add your own snot to make more......wrong chemistry, LOL"

Thanks for the update. Looks like this POS is going on craigslist. Good thing I got it for way less than what they are going for these days.

Did you buy that originally thinking to spray ML with it?

So I have a lot of surface rust and was wondering if I put down a layer of chassis saver then top-coated it with monstaliner would that be a permanent solution for my rust?

and do you recommend using simple-green to degrease the undercarriage for application? Thanks

For those of you considering purchasing Monstaliner from Magnet Paints...

I placed 3 separate orders about 2 weeks ago and received them yesterday. I used the promo codes on all three orders because there is no limitations listed on ANY of the promo pages. I received 3 separate emails from the company, detailing my orders, which included 3 gallons (gallons only, no kit) of monstaliner, 2 quarts of silver CS, and 1 quart of gloss black CS.

When I received my order, I was shorted one can of silver CS. I assumed this was just a simple mistake, no big deal. After sending a PM to Eric and making three phone calls, it seemed that nobody at Magnet knew why I didn't receive it. I was told that I would be contacted this morning regarding these orders. After waiting 6 hours without a call, I called back again for the FOURTH TIME to Magnet and was told that it is their policy to not send more than 2 free Chassis Saver quarts to any person. Then I was told that their system only shows that I ordered the 2 CS quarts, although I have emails FROM THEIR COMPANY detailing what I should have received. What kind of company does this? I would have taken these complaints up with the "boss" but I was told he is busy and that I can email him if I would like to discuss it any further.

So I'll ask my questions here, so that we all know:
Why doesn't this information exist anywhere on your website or any of the "FULL PROMO DETAILS" pages?
Why wasn't this information given to me when I placed my orders? Why wasn't I called or emailed about this?
Why was this shipped without asking me which chassis saver color I would like to cancel? FYI, I needed both cans of silver, I could have done without the black. Thanks for making that decision for me!

Shame on Magnet Paints. I have no intention of ever ordering through them again. I don't care how amazing their product is... If they treat their customers this way, I want no part of it!

^ You easily could of handled this in a better way. Instead of going off about the service, etc, why not simply PM Magnetman himself, he replies very quickly to messages. Give him the chance to hear you out and correct mistakes if there was any.

Don't you know its "my way or I'm going to pissed and moan" world. Screw trying to talk to someone and share your point and give a company a chance to give theirs. It's such a shame how the world has become this way. Just my $0.02

Read my post. I've been doing just that for the past 2 days. The last time I talked to anyone at magnet, I was told that I could only reach the boss by email.
I PMed magnetman yesterday on this, still no reply, although he's had time to get on here and comment. No time to fix a customers order though?
I was on the magnet can do no wrong bandwagon too... I've spent 2 days trying to get this fixed. I didn't want it to come to this.
