I just called them today and I am doing the outside and inside. They told me that 2 gallons would be plenty. So if I had to guess I would say 1 gallon would get it. I am spraying mine on so I don't know if you use more product spraying or rolling.

I'm trying to get an idea of how much I would need to do these two items and whether I should even both trying to paint the mesh on the trailer gate.

The bed size on the RTV is 40.6" x 33.7" x 11.4" (Width x Length x Depth). The trailer is 12'x6'.

Its gonna take 1 and a half give or take to spray the outside and 1 for the inside...so 3 ordered...if u are going to modify it and do only parts of inside or out 2 could work..but i did 100% inside and out and itll be more than 2 gallons for sure

I got 22 sq ft in the RTV bed which is 1.5 quarts (15 sq ft per qt)

Inside the trailer (floor + 3 sides @ 12" height) is appx 102 sq ft which figures appx 1.7 gals. Outside surfaces on trailer needs another .5 - .75 gals

You must seal the wood first. Silver Chassis Saver does an amazing job as a sealer on wood. I would just paint the mesh

wow the smurf looks really good!.

I keep seeing all these gorgeous rigs in monstaliner, and just hope mine comes out half as good.

I'm not surprised, but its nice to see Eric is still king of bedliner. Go Magnet Paint's!

While I am not Alicia, my vote is for the Barbaric!

My question is: Other than black or charcoal (which is the dash and door panels), what monstaliner colors would look best inside the tub with an exterior that is Light Kahki Metallic (04 wrangler X)? I just ordered the chips this AM and I am leaning towards the Jeep Spice.

TIA,
Laura

Personally, I like flashy... lady in red would go great with khaki and black/charcoal. .
