i have tons more but you should be able to get a darn good idea of what a YJ will look like with OD green sprayed ML.

i don't have any pics more current than the first few in the first post. not any change in the liner. i am planing on giving it it's second coat this summer after the d60's get under there.

i can report that in the approx 7-10k i have put on the jeep since the liner job i couldn't be happier with the results. the only thing that has any rust peaking through is a few spots i knew were insufficiently prepped on the frame. they were very hard to get to and i will be stripping parts of it off to weld on braketry for when the axles go under.

I embedded this at the highest resolution allowed. Looking for feedback if anyone has trouble viewing and I can lower the res if it will play easier.

video looks good! You need to add that the lid of part A can needs to be scraped to.

Well I finished in time to make it to my family easter thing.

first coat

first coat up close

second coat

second coat up close

A few things I learned:
If you are in the south, do this in the winter. I finished the first coat, took a little over an hour, came in to use the bathroom and when I went back out, the front was dry to the touch, which is where I started. Edit: even with the heat it wasn't till I was done that the stuff in the can skinned over bad enough I didn't want to risk getting chunks in it to put a 3rd coat on the front floor boards, which there was enough left to do =) I give all the credit to Eric for his ideas on how to work with it in the heat.

Find a place to do this inside. I have specks of stuff in mine, not that I care but some people do. And if it had AC that would be nice lol

Walk around whatever you're lining and look at it from lots of angles. I would think I had covered it all, walk to the other side and see a spot I missed..grrrr lol

Monsta is a GREAT product. Eric provided great customer service. Its really easy to apply. Looks great. I will get much better pics in a day or 2 when my friends with the good camera come back into town. For now you'll have to deal with my cell phone pics =)

Has anyone used this to do a Comanche long bed? Do you think I would need more than one gallon kit?

If it's an 8 ft pickup bed you will need 1 gal + 1 quart minimum, maybe 2 qts

If you can lay a tape measure on all 5 surfaces we can be accurate instead of guessing

1 gal goes 60 sq ft in 2 coats
