I finally got around to doing my Zombie Sunset last week. Burned thru 2 wire wheels on my 4.5" grinder knocking all the crud, old liner, rust, etc off the tub. Cleaned it out real good with the shop vac. Wiped it all down with MEK. Then applied the chassis saver. Unfortunately i got rained out shortly afterwards so I covered the YJ with a tarp until the next day.

Next day I pulled the tarp. dried out the water that had gotten thru, masked off and mixed the Monstaliner. Laid down the first coat, let it dry, then re-coated. I used every last ounce giving a nice thick coat to the high traffic, high wear areas (footwells mainly) I was a tad sloppy and got a couple of runs in a few small spots, but I am thrilled with the appearance and quality of this product.

92 YJ. High Output 4.0L
Rubicon Express 4" Lift Kit, 2" Body Lift,15x8" AR 767s, 35x12.50 Xterrains, Home Made Snorkel, Sanden OBA, Home made rocker gaurds. 8.8 Rear with Discs, 4.10s F&R, ARB rear, Detroit EZ Locker front, WarnM8000 with Viking Synthetic Line, Beadlocks, Tons of Mods
My RigRater Score: 682RRv1.0 with a BOA of 13.47
I'm now doing custom bumpers and lift installs in So-cal

All chip requests including the full sets that people have purchased are now in the mail. I'm trying to convince myself that I did the right thing by changing the request form to allow people to request up to 5 chips. Time will tell but it's good to give more choices to see in person so everyone is happy

We will probably run out of tintable ML for a few days next week while we produce more.

Sorry to all for the chip delays. We have plenty of them now and we will do much better in getting them out promptly. I'm just thankful that this thing keeps growing like it has.

Lastly, we just past 1000 likes on Facebook tonight!

Thanks to anyone who has helped with that!

For what its worth, your generosity in proving five chips has not gone unappreciated from me. Five was the perfect amount for me because I was trying to decide between Black, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Desert Sand, and OD Green.

Thanks again!

Looking for: 03-06 interior plastic trim. PM me.

No worries, the Jeep will not be leaving my garage for quite a while as it's majorly under the knife. I have PLENTY of sanding and cleaning to do to keep me busy!

Yeah, I did the interior a long time ago with herculiner. I'll be doing the grill, front fenders, rock sliders, and rear armor black and the remainder of the exterior in road rash.
