Frankly, I don't like your attitude as demonstrated in your PM. If you have a gripe about something just ask me a question or tell me what the problem is without the other stuff.

I always try to go out of my way to help people here on JF and I don't think you will find anyone who will dispute that and we certainly never screw anyone over on the promo offer.
x50; magnetman goes way out of his way for us on here, there is no reason for him to be treated badly.

No Monstaliner direct to bare metal it will not stick well. You must prime that first. If the metal is smooth, use epoxy primer and a roller, then ML over that.

If the metal can be made rough with good sand scratches you can use Chassis Saver as the primer

LuckRider are you drinking this early in the AM?

MEK is what we have always recommended to spray ML
Acetone is second choice with xylene 3rd for smoother texture as Vincent used with his black rolled exterior

He was talking about CS Magnet. MEK for Monstaliner, Xylene for Chassis Saver.

Edit: Whoops... I can't read

Alright. So I nominate that CS is no longer CS, but Chassis Saver, and ML is no longer ML. ML shall now be refered to as Monstaliner or The Monsta, or

I had to read it again myself now. Too much typing

Note that any of these solvents we are talking about can be used with Monstaliner or Chassis Saver

It's time for an FAQ section here on JF in attempt to cut down on repetition

Do you reccomend this, or should I get the chassis saver down, let it dry fully for say 4 or more days, then come back in and scuff it all down with 50 grit etc. Which would hold up better. I'm not worried about the extra work if it will stick better with less risk of me tearing it up.
Sorry for the delay on this
This is really your choice. 50 grit is way too coarse to scuff CS before ML
You want to dull the surface and make some powder. 100 - 120 grit, maybe 80 grit as the coarsest I'd go. 4 days is overkill if you want to get it done

you still have a lot of time on your hands correct

I would like to know what attitude there was in my pm , which was sent on the 27th of last month , not yesterday .

Hello ,
I ordered the kit to do my Jk a few months ago , I never received my chassis saver , I sent emails to the company and even left messages . I just bought a YJ to play around with and I bought POR-15 to do the chassis with , I am going to order some Herc liner or have it Linex'd . I didn't want to blast you guys in the forums , but when people ask me about my liner , I explain how well it works , how easy it was to apply , then I wont tell them who it is from . I work part time at a 4x4 shop and was looking for a new product to get my customers to use , but I think I will work out something with a local company who uses linex or something like that . Thanks for your time . Mike

If that was attitude , I am sorry , as I have stated I had a great experience with the product , but when I sent a few emails and even left messages . I let it go since it was a new Jeep and I wasn't worried too much , just figured I would never do business with your company again . Then when I bought a beater Heap to go have fun with I came back to the forums to see what was new out there . I then sent a pm ( above ) and after a week of waiting ( I assumed I would get some response ) I posted up . I was shocked that I didnt receive a Pm back , because it does seem like your always responding quickly to responses here . I am not here to argue or disagree with how well the product works ,( it rocks ) but I know I run a 90 hr work week , burn my cell phones down , but I can always answer all my emails/texts and faxes when it comes to making my business work .
Thanks for the great product , but please don't act like I sent a nasty Pm , I was hoping it would at least warrant a response back in a 10 day period and it didn't . I don't post a lot , I read a lot and I try to learn a lot , I will chalk this up to a learning experience . Thank you for your time .
