My gut tells me we may not lose power at all as long as wind stays under 50 -55
Can't live without AC right on the beach it gets so humid
In summer you get a utility bill with return envelope, leave it on kitchen counter with windows open for a day and it's glued shut

This hurricane is gay. I remember about 6 years ago we had 3 or 4 back to back cat 2 and 3s. We have parties during hurricanes lol. Basically everyone drinks and parties till the power goes out then we drink a little more than we all pass out and wake up in the morning to asses the damage.

Shoulda used that flex seal you see advertised on TV Sort of reminds me of ML when I see the commercial.... something you would laugh at and destroy.
One of the comments pertains to you especially:

Caulk works great for windows corners and some small spreads, but on gutters and flat surfaces I'd go with truck bed liner spray.

I'm going cross-eyed trying to read through all the thread, so I'm stopping with what I've read and just asking here.
1. How much would I need to do the interior of a jeep?
2. We have been doing bodywork, so there is bare metal. I see that we would need to cover that before the liner, so that's what the Chassis saver would be for correct? How much would 1qt of that cover?
3. is there anything else we would need besides the kit?
4. We are going to be painting the exterior too. I seen some pics of someone using the bedliner up & over the edge of their jeep, where all the softtop mounting hardware goes. Would you suggest painting the exterior FIRST, then taping off for the liner, or doing the liner (taping off of course) then getting exterior done? It seems common sense to me to do the outside first since the liner would have a courser texture and probably harder to tape off.. but we've never done anything like this before.
Thanks!
btw, I ordered a sample chip from the website.
I pm'ed you magnetman, but I'm sure you're probably loaded w messages, as well as dealing with Irene. We are debating between this and a spray on liner..

1. 1 Gallon does the interior of all 2 door Jeeps
2. Yes, 1 qt could do the entire interior of you Jeep... (get silver)
3. I would order a few extra rollers from the website, as well as buy an extra polyester brush and a paint bucket.
4. I think your thinking is correct on having exterior done first.

I know it, I'm right between 2 lakes, we get 100% humidity all the time, and I hate it. Probabaly why I value the ice cold negative degree arctic winters we get up here, so much.

Thanks to the General for the right answers
Only thing I can add is to get the mini roller kit as well
Are you planning to roll the outside?

Agreed with Magnet on the snow thing. I would love 10' of the fluffy stuff. I figure they added something to strengthen the base before applying the coating, then sprayed it super super thick (like 5x thicker than normal), and shot it RIGHT after he sat in it. Also, notice how he is sitting.
