Check out these photos. Is this not smooth enough?
Smooth Rolling Monstaliner Test

This was thinned with the equiv of 4 oz of our S8 reducer per gallon of Monstaliner.
I used the regular texture roller. I think it can take a little more reducer and it needs to be strained before rolling.
There are still some roller marks I don't like.
The particles you see in the finish is stuff that never shows up when rolling at supplied viscosity

I'm not sure if another type of roller is going to work well or better.

Bottom line is how smooth is the smooth you want to see?

I need to order that.. quick question, what is the safe waiting time before putting everything back in the jeep and drive it ? (i know the longer the better..) I'm in vegas and its getting really hot, I live in an apartment complex and have not much of a shade. will that sun beating on the liner while its drying be a problem ?

The heat while drying shouldn't be a problem, especially since it is dry heat. Pick up some plastic drop clothes from the dollar store and drape them over the top of the Jeep to provide a little shade inside the Jeep which will keep the sun from baking the liner. That is what I did when I lined my second Jeep and it worked out perfectly. I rolled it in the driveway, started it and put it into drive from outside of the Jeep, and rolled it into the middle of the yard to dry.

Ohhhhh good question. I'm in the thick of finishing the revised install guide
Here's an excerpt:

Application Environment - HEAT IS YOUR ENEMY!
Higher temperatures alone and when combined with high humidity makes Monstaliner dry faster and shortens pot life. Avoid working in extreme high temps. If you're forced to work outdoors, avoid application in direct sunlight. Think about erecting a tent over the vehicle or find a car port to work under. If this is not possible, early-morning application is by far the best and is accomplished by having all your disassembly, surface prep and masking complete the day before.

I'll find/make some shade, but see, right now its 20:30 and still 96F .... should I make the "paint" a bit thinner so it doesn't dry up to quickly ?
