Is the texture on color going to remain relatively the same as it was with black? Rode in the back of a friends pickup that had tan bedliner sprayed on and it was super gritty almost like sand paper

Yes, texture of colors will be similar to black. This was one of the main reasons it took us so long to complete this.
I'm pleased with it now but still trying to make it better but I'm not holding up the release any longer

Note, the tan was probably some really crappy hurculiner. I have seen the color stuff a few times and DO NOT like it. It probably wouldn't make a bad grip tape replacement.

The only company I know of that makes tan with crumb rubber (which is why it was rough) is Durabak

Herculiner does not have tan

Luckrider, late on Saturday night I'm going to send you a PM with my personal guess on unique visitor count for Sunday on Monstaliner.com
I don't want to post it to the thread to give any further ideas to people

Keep it to yourself until after I post a screen capture for the day. This may not happen until Monday late. Stats run on west coast time and I will not be awake at 3AM here.

Sounds good. That is very possible. It was a green color that I saw. All I know is that what I saw was very gritty.

my wife loves me.... she had gone to the distributor and state store to purchase all the makings of carbombs. that's like $120 in booze for half gallon of baileys, half gallon of jameson, and a case of guiness. i partook of 4 of them rather rapidly. i also proceeded to drink a few shots jameson. i was pretty buzzed up. she bought it for a pattys day party tonight, i had to get a head-start, now we need more guiness.

make sure he's a little bigger than the metalcloak wolverine.

just make him like the normal pose in the logo. that's my vote at least.

ooh i just had a thought!!! metalcloak products are powder coated or raw metal. maybe someone should talk to them about Monstaliner becoming an option to have as a finish on their products. that would RULE THE SCHOOL! lol sorry i'm kinds hung over.

I am looking forward to the time I use this on my Jeep, been keeping updated with Monsatliner since I bought it.

I just had a idle thought.

You might want to watch out for Monster Cable. They are going trademark crazy wiht the name Monster and suing everyone left and right. They even took a small mini golf company Monster Mini Golf to court to get them to stop using the word Monster in their company name!

I have not heard much about them taking anyone new to court, but just thought I would mention it.

Thanks for the heads up.

I have some decent background knowledge in trademark issues and intellectual property rights. MONSTA is not Monster and it would never be a conflict.

^That. I was thinking the same thing. Savvy gets away with calling their product under armor because it is for Jeeps, not apparel.

Good dealio. You guys seem like pretty good folks, would have hated to see them come after you.

Monster Home Theater cabling has gone after Mini Golf and of course Monster Energy drinks. Both are not even remotely close to home theater products. But they did it anyways.

They might not win, but it would take a lot of operating money to defend against it all.
