Think 2 gallons would be enough for a Jeep and a pick up bed?

Hmm... that would be tough to say, I would think magnetman would be the best to answer this question. 1 gallon is more than enough for the jeep, but they sell it as a 2 gallon kit for trucks for a reason.

for an a 8' bed i would assume you would need atleast 1.5 gallons to give it a nice thick coat, i think if you did a thin coat 1 gal would be enough though...

Which does the whole inside of a TJ and then some, which makes it equivalent to the Raptor Liner system in price, I believe.

I would say it works out to less than raptor because it leave a lot left over, and you get a very thick coat, definitely much thicker than raptor or herculiner. I actually saw herculiner at the parts store the other day, it was also about $100. That seems to be the sweet spot price wise.

Vigher, I did a full write up on the install for my 05 TJ. I had more than enough left over, so your unlimited should be fine with only 1 can. I also went very thick, but you can see the whole process here
I hope that helps.
