If I don't like the look, I can always spray some Rustoleum Oil Based Black over it to protect it. I am pretty sure we till have half a gallon of that stuff, and it goes far with mineral spirits. I still have the xylene in the garage waiting to thin the CS.
Hello Mr. Rider, hope you had a great TG holiday

OD would be amazing. I WILL find a use for it and get some.... eventually. I hope it is UV stable, or at least doesn't fade much. My TG holiday was good. Picked up a 2tb for $75. Spur of the moment on Friday. I sure hope the sale went well for you guys.

Sale went real well. Very please with the results.

$75 is good price for 2TB. Microcenter?
I just bought 8 x 1TB drives for $59 each

RE: the OD Green. We're playing with the sheen. Don't want to make it full gloss but not flat either.

It is a WD 2TB desktop form factor (must be plugged into the wall and has a 3.5" drive).

As for the OD Green, something along the lines of a semi-gloss or satin would be really nice. I used semi-gloss on some of the chrome parts that came with the Jeep and I love how it turned out. That I am assuming would also protect the color right?

Magnetman, have you ever given any thought to creating a product something like this from Eastwood?

Internal Frame Coating w/Spray Nozzle

I am trying to figure out a way to spray the inside of my frame to coat it with CS

I just discussed that Eastwood item with someone last week.
There is a way to do this with Chassis Saver.

The tube and spray tip that comes with that product is commercially available. Need help to find where to buy them. Does Eastwood sell that tube/spray tip alone, not with the internal frame coating?

Yes Eastwood does sell the nozzles separately for like $7 each. I do not have a part number off hand, but you would have to check if the spray head fits the can?

Glad to see someone is quicker than me. Here is the link.

Aerosol Nozzle w/ 18" Extension Hose

I have heard of people using a toilet brush and extension to paint the inside of their frame. This may be a dumb question, but could you reduce CS enough to spray it out of a pump sprayer?

Read the whole thread.... it's not bedliner with the thick build but it's a darn fine sealant and primer for bedliner.

There are pictures.... hint it's page 2.

So its a brush on correct? The WJ has a frame rail hole right in front of the left rear tire and it leads up into the wheel well right there under the passenger door at the "hump" How could I get Chassis Saver up into this spot to help slow / stop the rust process from eating my rig? I could wash it out and dry with compressed air but how could I get it up into the area I need?

Yes brush or spray.
Please visit this thread to ask more questions and get ideas on your question.

You could rig up some sort of sponge or swabber on a coat hanger to get in areas like you describe
