DIY Tube Fender Kits.... Blue Torch Fab

I changed our website up a bit. I added some pics of the DIY fenders installed on a CJ. I still need some pics of the fenders installed on a YJ and TJ. If you have them and want me to use your pic on our website please post them in this thread.

You can find the DIY tube fender kits located at the following link. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

http://bluetorchfab.com/store/index.php?cPath=2_7

Here is a pics of the kit installed on a CJ....

The pricing can be found on our site. Be sure to PM me or call if you have any questions.

Hey Dan,
I've got a set of these I'm getting ready to install this weekend. I was wondering if you had any advice on putting these on and keeping the inner fenders in as well. I go through alot of deep mud and would hate to kick it all up into the engine area.

Can you guys weld these or is it just a DIY kit? If so what is the cost welded?

I like my BTF tube fenders. I had to trim the tube on both sides and
a lot of different modding to the sheet metal pieces but thats because
I retained my inner fender. I did so mainly by following the Poison Spyder
tube fender template and cutting off the inner flange of the BTF kit. I
dont have any good pics of that, I'll have to get some I guess but basically
you trim your OEM fender so that the top flat surface of the tube fenders
lays over it. Of course now Im not sure where you could get the PSC
template with all their latest....

So here's my BTF tube fenders

They are not designed to use the inner fenders. With our kit the wheel opening is larger thus not leaving room for the rear part of the inner. I have seen a number of people who have made mods to make them work. See the post here in this thread where someone did just that.

They are DIY only at this time. We have considered making a weld together kit. If we keep getting calls I will look more into it.
