Viking Winch Lines
Viking Trail Line is made from Samson's 12-Strand AmSteel Blue a Twelve-Strand single Braid that is the world's strongest fiber! The Trail Line in 3/8" diameter only weighs 3.6 lbs per 100' and it's extremely low stretch makes this line much safer and easier to use than steel cable. The Viking Trail Line is our #1 Seller.

Viking Fire Line is made from Samson's Tec-12 (Technora Aramid Fiber) with Critical temperature of 450º F and melting or char point at 900º F, you will never have to worry about melting this line to your winch drum. The Fire Line in 3/8" diameter only weighs 4.6 lbs per 100' and it's extremely low stretch makes this line much safer and easier to use than steel cable.

Viking Combo Line is made from two different material, the first 25' covering the bottom of the drum is our Red colored heat resistant Fire Line, the second part is made from Samson's 12-Strand AmSteel Blue

Viking Trail Line Eye Options

All our winchlines are professionally spliced with Samson's "Class II" splicing method. Tube thimble is made from heavy gauge steel and has a powder coated finish. Stainless steel thimble is heavy duty type, large sides cover line to minimize damage. Our preferred options is the Winch Safety Thimble™, the large diameter Safety Thimble will not pull through your fairlead, the lightweight aluminum alloy

Can you explain to me how you put the thimble through the eye of the hook? All I need is a hook for my rope and can't figure out what I need.
