You need these for 60's and 14 bolts too. Then make some for the front. =)

Do you want the uppers in the stock location or would be triangulating the uppers if upgrading to a 14b or d60?

I would do it the same way as the 8.8. That would make it easier for someone to make the jump to 1 ton axles. They can always cut them off if they triangulate.

You should include a little template to help place the lowers correctly. Line it up with a mark on the uppers or something?

A lot of people here can't weld. This would allow them to do the setup at home and then take the axles elsewhere to be welded.

Great product. I really like it.

Working on the complete instructions now. Lining up the lowers is pretty easy. Once you butt up the coil plate to the side of the truss, the bent tabs on the opposite side line up to the outside tabs of the lowers. Here's a pic to help.

The YJs I've seen are mostly SUA. Not an insignificant number of SOA but seems like more under axle. As for the XJ, it's SOA from the factory I thought.

What price range are you thinking for the YJ 8.8 truss?

I guess it depends on who you wheel with b/c some customers are saying more SOA. I'll try to work in provisions for both in one kit if I can.

Confirmed the XJ's are SOA just forgot to state it earlier.

I don't have a price yet but it'll be much cheaper than the TJ kit because its alot less pieces and alot less work. When I get closer in the next couple weeks, I'll have a better feel.

Ordered one of these through my local 4x4 shop (frontier4x4.com) at your introductory price a few weeks ago. Heard about this kit through him; didn't even know you had a post on JeepForum. Can't wait until I receive my shipment and get started on this project. This is my first axle swap and it looks like this kit is exactly what I need.

nice product i will look into it if i ever decide to tackle the rewarding 8.8 swap on my yj. yes the xj has rear soa configuration. i own a xj too
