Just some lunch break building of an awesome ZJ Truss Kit for my 8.8....main truss tacked on...next lunch break will be the coil buckets and maybe shock mounts. If anyone had any hesitation thinking this is too hard....stop waiting...jump in and buy this thing!
I'm no welder, but my bro-in-law is, and this is about as simple of a puzzle I've done. Great directions and easy to follow...NO GUESS WORK with this kit!

Just found an installed pic of the ZJ kit. This install was from Desert Fab Racing in Phoenix.

Here's how I dealt with the track bar/upper control arm mount. Just some bolts to hold it together and so I could adjust the distance. I used my digital calipers to dial it in using the numbers in the instructions.

Something powerful. Chances are if it's 110v it's not big enough.

This is our best selling truss right now. Thanks for all the orders. It may have some competition though with the new JK truss we're about to release.
