We now offer the SWAG press brake kit with free shipping, how it this possible?

We recently produced a new box that allows us to fit the 12 and 20 ton press brake kits into a large flat rate USPS shipping box and wrapped up the cost of shipping in the purchase price of the kit. We did this as our website shipping calculator has no idea how we can transport up to 56 lbs from Oregon to New York for $20.00. Upon check out please provide an address that USPS delivers too.

On to of this who doesn't love to save a few $$$ this coupon which just showed up in the mail yesterday.

All 4 versions of he press brake kit are in stock ready to ship out in the mail today.

Thanks Troy

If your looking to bend steel with the look of a professional bender as opposed to using a big hammer and a torch keep us in mind.

You are only as good as the tools you have to work with.

Thanks for the orders.

We often get asked what is the difference between out standard press brake kit and the HD press brake kit.

The main difference on the standard and HD press kits are the thickness of the bottom steel frame and the width of the bottom die .

The standard press brake kit is made up of 1/4" steel with a bottom die width of 2.0" the HD press brake kit is made up of 3/8" steel with a bottom die width of 4.0".

The HD kit can effectively bend twice as thick of material in the same width as the standard press brake kit, or another way of looking at it is the same thickness of material just twice as long as the standard kit. Keep in mind that the bend radius of the standard kit is 3/8" as opposed to 5/8" of the HD kit.

The neat feature about the HD press brake kit is you can always stack smaller pieces of angle iron in the bottom die to make it "adjustable" to allow for different bend radius's.

We have these in stock ready to ship out in the mail today.

Thanks for the orders.

*New Product*

20 TON Finger Brake Gooseneck Dies

Are you looking to increase the bending capabilities of your SWAG finger press brake kit?

The SWAG gooseneck dies are laser cut at 85 to allow for air bending. These punches are used for forming right angle bends, channels, or other special bends where our straight 90 punch would cause interference and limit your bending options.

If you have used your press brake for any "special" projects you have ran into the limitations of the straight segmented fingers. These limitations become apparent when bending shallow pans or forming complex "U" bends. For this reason, we have laser cut 24 individual pieces of 1/2" plate that can be stacked in line or welded together to suite your particular needs. When fully assembled and stacked in line you will have a 12" long goose neck bending top die.

The SWAG finger brake gooseneck dies are able to bend up to 1/4" thick material.
