2.5L Bored Intake Manifold - NalinMFG

I've had a few request for these recently so I went ahead and picked up a few to keep in stock. These are bored from 55mm to 64mm to accommodate the 4cyl guys who are upgrading to a stock 4.0L (60mm) or a larger aftermarket throttle body.

$50 core to be refunded upon the arrival of your old intake manifold in a remanufacturerable condition.

Smoothing of runners, media blasting, and high temp coating can be added for an additional charge.

I have 1 YJ and 1 TJ bored and ready to roll.

Picked up a 03-06 4.0 manifold that I'll be working on a milling jig for.

Does your 2.5L need a little pep? Try out a bored intake manifold and throttle body.

Just out of curiousity - have you dyno tested these to see what kind of gains come out of it? I know my 4.0 can use any help it can get.

I have not -- 10 or so people have custom requested these through 4bangerjp.com so I keep a few in inventory now.

Andrew- I intend to get my 2.5 dyno'd soon but I also have a lot of other mods which may or may not be indicative of the actual gains.

All I know is nalin's work is top notch and my jeep definitely benefitted from his work!
