Traded in my 2001 Jeep Cherokee for a 2014 Trailhawk. Love it so far.

This is sad but I'm surprised no one saw this coming I mean really people a transmission with 9 speeds just why that's just to complex to much shifting that transmission is reason enough for me to not buy one. Go back and get the 01

On the highway I would lose all power, no matter how far the pedal was depressed.

Also, when I went from Reverse and back to Drive it would do the same thing.

Well that's totally unacceptable. I'd be considering giving it back, as I'd hate to see what troubles come down the road.

Starting to regret that trade huh lol why risk a brand new car with a new tranny when you could have kept something reliable or at least traded for a reliable grand

You're putting words in his mouth. I don't recall reading anything from the OP about any sort of regret!

Brassmonkey, I'm truly sorry to hear about your luck. I hope this is just a hiccup and you get to enjoy your Cherokee for years after this...

I had a 2012 Grand and a 2013 Rubicon.

If I do have another transmission related problem I will ask for my money back and most likely purchase another Grand.
