2014 KL Trailhawk Build

We picked up a new project here at 4WD. We will start modifying it as parts become available. We will keep you updated as we progress on this mild build.

Cant wait to start seeing some upgrades, what are you planning on doing to it, suspension, performance or both?

The news many have been waiting for. As Zoramac asked, what are the plans?

Right now, there are no parts available (that we are aware of) through any of our vendors. We won't be able to get an exact plan of action until we see what comes out on the market. Hopefully, we will see some lifts, performance, rocker protection and exterior accessories (racks, light mounts, etc.)

I vote that your 1st project is to take the ugly red tow hooks out, have them powder coated black, and then reinstall.

Doesn't appear to have the tow package on it. How about getting a MOPAR or aftermarket hitch and wiring harness( they are available )and seeing how hard it is to do. Seems like a good place to start.

Call me crazy, but I like the red tow hooks on the TH. I also like them on the 10th Anniversary Rubicon.

Yep, that is a good one. I used a G2 brake caliper paint epoxy on a previous car and it turned out great. I wasn't planning on any non functional mods...but just may have to do that!!

I think one thing that helps this Jeep is the wheelbase....106". The one downside so far is the amount of flex in stock form...

There has to be a market for the parts before the parts are built....so like many other SUV's mods may be few and far between. Good luck, I'd really like to see somebody turn one of these into something that lives up to the Jeep name.
