wheeling spots around 831??

Anyone know of any cool spots around 831? Monterey, Santa cruz, Salinas, ect? Yeah, I know, Hollister. But im just talking little spots where i can get a wheeling fix after work or somthing. Im in Prunedale, and i know of a couple little trails and mud holes near by, anyone know of anything worth visiting? I got into wheeling up in oregon, and i moved back down here but all my friends here are into imports. Need some people near me to wheel with and share spots. I read on another forum about a trail that connects summit road down to like soquel back thru nicene marks or somthing? Anyone know if its worth checking out? There must be some cool spots in the santa cruz mountains... and prunedale area too... anyone know a spot?

Look up buzzard lagoon I think it's called. It's a few miles south off highway 17 and summit road. It's just fire roads with some mud in the winter and ruts too. Very mild stuff. They do block off the roads seasonally. It's been 10 years since I've been that way so things can change haha.
