Ok, the plan so far is to wheel up the creekbed of Middle Creek along Elk Mt road This Saturday. For those who'd like to go, we can meet up at the Chevron station in Upperlake at 10AM. I've never been up it, so I don't know what to expect or how far up we can get. I plan to avoid pinstriping situations on this one.

Pretty sure the creekbed will be mostly dry, but I understand. Don't want water in the diff. We will be going out again on July 6th if you get-r fixed by that time.

I'll be there this Saturday Not sure on the 6th yet, we'll have to see how the doggy does on this Saturday first. GF works on the 6th and we've had a few issues with the puppy chewing up things he's not supposed to while at the pet sitter so I'm not ready to leave him there for a bit. We just spent $250 to replace two high end dog beds he chewed up there a couple weeks ago

Those 9W trails are really steep coming up out of Middle Creek. I saw one of them..... pretty steep. Don't know if they are wide enough for 4x4s or just motorcycle. But we will find out.

Yep, I gather probably motorcycle only. Last time I was up that way I think I was 15. That's like a thousand years ago, lol!

Hey Jesse I am still around. I am kicking the idea around a bit. I am looking at the idea of coming up Saturday and hang with you. I am just not sure about camping it yet. I would be going solo, which is never as much fun. Since there is no 4 wheeling involved I might bring the XJ, better on gas.
