We could do that with an overnighter.

yea deer valley and slickrock both have the same rating but i would say slickrock almost looks a little easier except for the last obsticle

deer valley's water crossing might be kinda deep given that its spring time but we did have a drier year so who knows i know i will be fine i can go up to almost 30 inches before i will get water in the cab and like 36 inches before the intake so im not worried but for connor's sake how do you feel about getting water in your jeep

oh you guys have no idea. STORY TIME!!!!

so last weekend, my friend and i decided to go down this old road that would take us to the American River. well we get to the bottom of (jurgens road) the road and there is a sign that says "seasonally unpassable". we were like wtf mate?? so we keep driving and the road starts to get torn up with some decent sized puddles. then we turn the corner and there is a creek going right through the middle of it. so im in my stocker, and my friend is ridin with me. heres the convo

Ryan: dude you can go through this no problem. i bet its only 10inches deep
me: no way dude, there is no way im gna make it through that. besides wat if i get stuck, there is nobody out here to pull us out and we are in the middle of redneck country and some guy will prob rape us or something
Ryan: dude, chill you can easily do this.

-so i slowly go into the creek (it was flowing pretty good, since it was right after that last rain we had). and i go maybe 3 feet and my tires sink in. so i back up

me: ahhh hell no. there is no way im making it through that. wat if it gets in my airbox and my jeep stalls???
ryan: NO-BALLS!!!!
me: F-WORD, i hate peer pressure!!

-so i go through it in 4-hi. so i go about 5-10 mph though it. i make it across no problem!! and the water was only mid wheel. way easier then i thought. so we go through it and go to the river. on our way back maybe 30 min later, we come back to the crossing and water has rissin at least a foot!!
this point im scared ****less.

me:how am i gna make it through this?? there is no way, ill drown my car
ryan: we have our link crew meeting in 15 minutes and it takes at least 10 to get to the school. we have to go through it
me: i swear to God, if i get stuck im gna kill you
Ryan: GOOOOO

-so i go through it and the water is almost up to my window and it comes up over my hood!!!!! and i made it through!!!!!!! it was maybe 15-20 yards wide. but it was so scary it was up to my window!!!!!! and there where no leaks at all!

i was so suprised i made it through that. so anyway, i can take on that deer valley water crossing!!!!

Ohh okay i thought it was for the rubi trip. Okay like i said i should be set to go the 15 and 16th for slickrock or deer valley. And connor i think you should be fine to take your rig out there; its amazing what confidence you get when you finally take your jeep out and start to test its limits huh!!!

Just let me get my hands on the guys that decided to install torx bolts on JEEPS!
