Where's the sound? What part of the trail was this at?

I muted my gopro haha. It was at the stair steps. Next time we will go up the right. We went from Lake Alpine to Utica Reservoir and then ate lunch and turned around and ran it the other way.

Definitely an EPIC run!

Fair enough! If next time is the July 20th run, then I'll be right there with ya, hopefully not getting my **** stuck. Not looking forward to being the bearer of cowbell.

Also, it looks like it might be time for some more "trail friendly" wheels

hahahaha no kidding! I told my wife I bought them to use them she just shook her head and said at least it isn't a mall crawler haha helll yeah!

I pushed my jeep to the limits and the only "major" issue was my steering on my way home. Busted my stabilizer, but that is an easy fix. The sliders did their jobs, I did get a little front fender wrinkles from the big hits on the sliders, but oh well. My gas tank skid plate is bent to ****e... but I am going to order new armor this week. I will post some pictures of the damage... and after going through this trail both ways, the damage is really minor.

You got it to use it

At least she recognizes that and isn't giving you too much flack over it haha. Gas tank skids are worth their weight in gold, though. Am looking forward to beating on my Jeep out thataway even moreso now

Sweet! You know, it is only a 3-4hr drive for us.... great weekend place too with the lakes to fish in.

JeepTh1ng has a book with all the California trails and there are more trails we want to hit now. I have a better idea of what I need/want to do to my jeep now too... One years time my jeep will be Rubicon and Moab Ready.

Oh, and I just turn 9K miles on my jeep... hahaha
