Frank Raines OHV park 4/7 anyone?

I'm doing Frank Raines OHV park this Sunday 4/7, I'll be there around 10:30am

is the creek open ? that was the best part of the park !! last time I was there water crossings were closed . Any way I cat go , but just suggested going to a guy asking about going out to Carnigie .
