Workout Videos

Figured I'd start a place for people to post good workout videos for everyone. These can be of pros or homemade. I just ask that you post what is being trained at the top of your post.

I'll start, and since it is Monday, here's some chest courtesy of Kai Greene. Watch and learn yall

Am I the only one who finds pro bodybuilder videos to be demotivating?

Every last one of these guys uses anabolic steroids, HGH, synthol, and testosterone.

I'm not being anti meat head. I work out often. I just don't see a point in admiring cheaters/drug abusers. I quit following pro bodybuilding once I realized how far into drug use these guys are.

I would say yes. Most of the ones I admire are on steroids except for Mike O'Hearn. Its known they're on steroids...so what?

Steroids are a necessary component of competing at the top level in professional bodybuilding. They're not cheating, it is part of the sport.

Plus, just because they use doesn't make them look the way they do. It takes so much hard work, focus, and dedication to get to that point. That should be something that can be admired and it is exactly what I do admire about them.

I suggest you watch this video (esp start @ 24:30):
It's kind of long but most of it is really telling and it might change the way you view the subject.

I agree that pro bodybuilders are ridiculously disciplined in regards to their workout routines, intensity, and diet. But that is as far as my admiration goes.

Just because they all do illegal drugs doesn't make it right. (I sound like a parent now.) :-)
