I added some more workouts. I need someone to help with nutrition since I'm not too educated on that topic.

A guide to understanding macros would be good. Although training is a science, it does not need to be overly complicated. If a person wants to get bigger, you must eat more calories than you burn in a day. The hard part is eating clean calories. If a person wants to lose weight, simply burn more calories than you consume. This is also difficult. In order to get the proper nutrition from a 1700 calorie diet you need to eat CLEAN energy and vitamin packed calories. An explanation of simple carbs vs complex carbs would be helpful for noobs. Keep up the good work, lots of good info here. I like not having to leave JF for my other newfound hobby. This place is turning into walmart, My one stop shop. I get jeeps I get nutrition, We just need a NSFW forum and I'd never have to leave JF..lol

Nutrition tips/links would be sweet too. Calorie counting isn't going to work if you eat 500cals of doughnuts vs 500 cals of chicken breast/salad
