What the f*** is up with my shoulder??
Starting about two weeks ago while I was barbell benching, I started having a little irritation in my shoulder. Not sharp pain but more of a burning sensation. More like a bruised feeling. I don't go super heavy just to avoid these types of injuries. Certain presses will bring out the irritation, but dumbbell presses won't. I've gone through all the tests posted all over the internet and youtube to tell if something is torn or not. Again, no sharp pain. WTF is going on? Just a strain?
