Damn that sounds rough. Might want to look into surgery or something before you get old.

I went to the doctor and he said surgery wouldn't help. When the shoulder gets damaged, it becomes more susceptible to injury. There's not much I can do about it:/

I know how you feel. I probably won't be able to walk when I'm 40 due to my feet/ankles/and knees, so I'll make the most out of it before then.

I tore my rotator cuff 3 yrs ago doing incline bench when I missed the rack. I nvr went to doctor I just treated my shoulder by icing it, not laying on it etc. I will say this it took me about 3-4 months to get it up to strength again. It dropped my pressing numbers down badly. I couldn't even hold the bar for squatting. My left shoulder still bugs the hell out of me and I hear once you hurt your shoulder, knees, back it will nvr be the same.

You should try benching on a smith machine to take the pressure off your shoulder. If you are injured, you need to let it recover. Stressing it will just exasperate it and **** it up for the long haul

I would if we had one. Back and tris today didn't aggravate it, so that's good. But it hurts when I laterally raise it. Need to see a doctor I think.

I think it's rotator cuff. Unless I ****ed up something new But my rotator cuff is what I've hurt over and over again.

By all means you should go to a doc but if I were you I would try some cissus first. You can get it in a pill or a powder but I know lots of people who swear by it to help heal joints/tendons and prevent them from hurting.

It does take a few weeks or a month of buildup to start noticing but I promise it would help.

Here's probably the cheapest you'll find, and a few options:

Hmm. I've never heard of that before. I'll definitely give that a try. It's cheap enough.

Yeah stay of the lateral raises. When I tore my left rotator cuff even if I tried to raise 10lb dumbell it will hurt.
