Little bit of an update.

I changed up my cutting plan a little bit. I've been cheating, a lot. To the point where I don't even consider it a diet anymore. So, I'm going to be a little less strict, and just work my *** off a lot more in the gym. With that said, I've changed up routine a little bit.

"Power" day:

Ed coan deadlift program 2.0 - now I've added leg curls, glute ham raises, leg press and squats. The reason I added these is simple, they all work the hamstrings and lower back (except leg curls).

Chest:

Incline bench barbell, incline dumbbell, flat bench, and cable flies (incline, straight, and decline)

Back and shoulders:

Bent over rows, dumbbell shoulder press, lat pull down, close grip t-bar rows, laterals, and rear delt cable flies.

Arms:

Super set skull crushers with standing curls both close grip, super set tricep kick backs with hammer curls, triangle push downs, wide grip easy curls, and dumbbell skull crushers.

I think that's it guys. Changed up A LOT and has gotten me very sore already. Probably going to the Virgin Islands this summer, so I'm trying to get "swole" as the kids call it these days. Here's a little progress pic. You can tell I need to lose some body fat.

For anyone interested:

Bodybuilding.com is having a deal where if you buy a 5lb tub of gold standard, you get a FREE 30 servings size of N.O. Xplode. That's about $25 in savings. I highly recommend doing that if you need protein.

Also got a y-back tank (goal to look good in it by summer), a beanie, and got a free body fat caliper to check progress. All for $87

Gym was slammed yesterday so my deadlift rountine got a little ****ed up. Started off with heavy deadlifts working up to 2 singles of 220. Then this cute girl wanted to use the platform when I was done, so I let her and went to do squats. Again, heavy, working up to 115 for 3 sets of 3 reps. After that, I did 4 sets of leg curls. 18 reps of 90lbs, 15 at 135, 10 at 160, and 6 at 180. After the girl was done, I got the platform back and did 8 sets of three speed deadlifts at 180lbs. And that was it. I'm pretty sore today.

Good choice of protein, I normally take the same. I'm using he n.o.xplode right now also, but once I finish it up, I'm gonna try pre-jym.

How do you like the n.o. Xplode? I haven't used preworkout in awhile. I think I built up a pretty high tolerance.

I like it. I use the blue raspberry flavor and it doesn't taste bad. I haven't used pre workout in about 4 years, so I had to start small with like half a scoop. Just remember, stir, don't shake!

Maybe shaking it activates something stirring doesn't. Don't know. Thanks for the heads up though. Just double checked mine and saw that.

Absolutely destroyed my delts, traps, and triceps yesterday. Kept it fairly simple and just increased intensity.

Not sure if I mentioned this before but I've started doing single arm cable shrugs.

Did 4 sets of them:

20 reps at 90lbs
20 reps at 130lbs
18 reps at 170lbs
15 reps at 210lbs

And remember that's for 1 arm If anyone is interested I can post my whole shoulder workout.
