Just ordered some Pump-HD. If anyone is interested, bodybuilding.com has a deal right now where if you buy a Pump-HD, you get a free BLOX. 30 servings too!!! I'll be stacked for awhile now. For one month I am going to try to be insanely strict with my diet, training and supplementation.

Now I'll have Pump-HD for my preworkout, amino acids, and whey and creatine for post. I haven't been taking my creatine because it used to make me nauseous. But I'll give it a try again.

Well the one I was praising before was optimum nutritions Pre-, which was very good. But ONE sample pack of Pump-HD and I was hooked. It tasted awesome (peaches and cream), blended fine, and I had the biggest pump of my life lol. It felt like my pecs were going to rip through my skin. The only downside is it made me very sweaty. And a few of my friends had the same effects.

Take a scoop of creatine with your preworkout (c4 has creatine in it). Since it allows your muscles to pull more hydration it will help your workout going a little harder and longer.

What mine instructs me to take per day. I.e. 3 scoops=1 serving. So if 1 scoop is 1 serving for you, jsut add a 1/3 a scoop to your pre-workout
