A must? Preworkout + Whey Protein

More?
BCAAs help.

You could try creatine.

None of the other stuff (HGH, test booster, etc) will do much for you simply because of your age.

The key to growth is consistency and time. Put in the work, and results will show. It's taken 5 years for me to get to where I am at.

Truth. Consistency and being able to push past. The great Arnold once said the last rep where your muscles start to fail, should be your second to last one. That how you build muscle.

From what I remember when I worked there (it was in its testing phase so this might be antiquated):
-this is only in certain areas
-the $15 annual fee is going up (I want to say to $25)

I got a flyer saying that right now they're doing free renewal. But I'm not sure for how long. May be a good indicator that they're raising the price.

Solid arm and leg day to finish the Thor program. Weighed myself and I'm at 158 now, 8 pounds heavier than when I started. I would have been please with 5, but this is awesome. Don't have a body fat reader so I'm not sure how much is fat, I would guess a pound at most. I slacked on the diet a little, but did manage do get all of the protein and calories every day. Now to either look for another program, or just develop my own.
