I might have to try that. Except I like to workout Monday-Friday so these mid week breaks would be hard for me. I really like that diet though, not sure why he's so obsessed with creatine though.

How much have you gained?

I weighed myself last weekend and I had gained about five pounds. I've been slacking on the diet a little because I was honestly just sick of food, as weird as it sounds. I'm hoping to have gained 10 pounds by the end of this. I'm not really sure how much is fat though. I know it's not a lot, maybe like a pound. I can definitely tell most of my gains were in my legs though, which I like. And then small gains everywhere else.

Since its starting to warm up outside I'm going to start running and do more abs since I've been trying to bulk for the past like 6 months lol. Then I'm going to start incorporating other power lifts like push press and front squat, different rows, etc. I've come to the realization that I don't really care how big my arms are. I'm still going to work them, but I'm not gonna do 30 sets of curls lol. I think I'm finally figuring out what works for me.

Just abit of perspective here. Not gonna go into the gear debate, but how old are you? How long u been lifting? Serious with goals?? Bloodwork, family med history? Not looking for u to answer but those are ??s u need to answer before one thinks of being on. Back before andro was pulled I bought a yrs supply, that's straight w/o a cycle(the Amt I purchased, not ran). I was 24 then. 32 now and I'm stronger now then I was while on andro bc I put my efforts in nutrition and under the bar. Not trying to sway ya to not do it, just trying to get ya to see there's a point u can get to before "should I" should even get to. I'm betting 95% of us here are not even close to our natural strength capabilities

Here's a few things about steroids:
-I'm bigger and stronger than all of my friends that I know for a fact have taken steroids
-The people I know who have used have all experienced the side effects (hair, backne, etc)

The way I view it is this: If you want to use, fine. But unless you're competing in shows is it really necessary?

Yeah, I know. I wasn't planning on it anytime soon, if I ever even did. I would wait until I'm at least 25, see where I'm at health and fitness wise, and go from there. It would be more of an experiment more than "I want to get huge". Since I'm going to be a personal trainer I feel like it would be beneficial if I have experience with it, because chances are a client may want to try it. That way I could advise for or against it. But I have just cracked into the research phase.

Chris, do mind recommending me some products? I know you've taken a lot. I'm not looking to spend a whole lot of money, but what are some supps that you consider a must? I'm looking to branch out from the normal pre workout and protein after.

Don't waste too much time on placebo sups. I know you're not asking myself. Lol but in my experience all that has given me gains are good Nitric Oxide sups and a whey with a glutamine extract combined. I've tried HGH, test boosters, and creatine, none work as well as regular formulas that are natural in the body. It's never bad to experiment every now and then, every body is different. But for me. NO was the biggest gainer. I personally take ravage from gnc. Insane pump to push past your level.
