There's days where I'll eat a **** ton of food then the next day I won't eat too much.

I gotta be doing something right though. My bench is going up from 135 to 155.

Try "monster" setting with chest. Work the opposite muscle group to pump more blood into the area (more nutrients, increased blood flow)

For example, on your flat bench, after that set go straight into bent over rows.

Shoulder press/full raise Arnold's, (traps)

Etc. helped me pass my plateau ridiculously and got sick gains.

I kind of did that last year when I started lifting. We did chest and biceps. Then back and triceps.
But for this I'm doing their workout to the period. After the month I'll see what I'm looking like then I'll switch it up.
