In fact, this is him. He placed first in the novice and open for his class but unfortunately lost overall to a heavyweight that had nearly 40lbs on him. He is in the middle right.

Tonight's workout brought to you by a gallon jug of water. Gym is closed for two weeks before classes start so I can't lift and had to improvise. A gallon of water only weighs ~8lbs so I had to get creative. Here's what I did.

Everything was done standing with a rep scheme of 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, alternating arms, no rest. For example, I started with shoulder presses. Right arm 18, left arm 18, right arm 15, left arm 15, etc. with no rest.

Push-ups
Shoulder press
Delt flies
Hammer curls
Overhead tricep extension
Rows
Crunches superset with oblique twists
Vacuum planks superset with tradition vacuum

Surprisingly not a bad workout considering the circumstances. Also went for a 3 miles run earlier. Better than nothing!
