Yeah I'm starting to realize that. The beyond raw was 60g of protein, 3 scoops. I can't even fit all three scoops in my blender bottle they're so big.

Yeah, and by the time you have 5 servings of that it's time to go back and drop another $60 on a new jug.

Optimum 100% whey isolate is my favorite, about $53 at GNC. A jug will last you about a month, month and a half.

That's what I use. I have the vanilla ice cream one and I love it.

Just to make something clear:
ON Gold Standard has whey isolate in it but it IS NOT 100% whey isolate. Rather, it is a blend that is good for the money.

Also, FWIW Vitamin Shoppe's "Bodytech" brand produces a protein that is identical to gold standard, you get 2 more scoops, and it is $10 less. I switched from ON to this last week.

I'll give them a try whenever my ON runs out. Which will be awhile.

Okay so it's been a few days and the lateral side of my left calf is absolutely killing me. Nothing else is sore anymore. I can't hyperextend or contract the muscles without sever pain. Any ideas?

Seriously?

I've thought forever now that ON was 100% isolate. I'll have to check out the Bodytech brand - thanks for the pointer.

There was a gainer I listed awhile back that's 30 servings, 600 cals, 50g of protein, 80g of carbs, and only ~$55. There was a big argument about it in my thread. I'm going to try it once my ON whey is gone.
