For those that say they can't gain weight, try eating what u would normally eat on a given day but weigh your food. You might be surprised that u aren't eating as much as u "think" you are. If u find that u are eating what u think u are and are just burning thru your surplus, bump cals even more. Having trouble getting all that food down, try olive oil. A little goes a long way

And of course it's up to you but as far as how I like mine cooked I'd go with not. If my wife had a nickel for everytime she's heard "My steak's almost done." before they even hit the grill....ahahahah!!

One word: Ribeye. Chuck eye is also a much cheaper fatty delicious cut . Just make sure it has "eye" on the end of it because HUGE difference between it and chuck steak.

Now I want steak haha. And I typically like mine medium to medium rare.

I was in the same boat till I was about 21, then my metabolism crashed and I gained a lot of muscle. Sometimes its just not in the stars for you to be big till you're a little older.

Downloaded the myfitnesspal app. Looks cool so far. Should keep me on track nutrition wise. I want to be 180 and I set it to gain a pound a week. So 3000 calories a day here we come.

Aging the steak beats seasoning the steak. I like mine to age in the fridge for at least a week before I cook them.....yummy.

Beast leg day today. I was only able to do RDL, leg press, and calf raises, but I still have trouble walking. FST7 on leg press absolutely destroys your quads.

However, once again, I feel really dizzy again. Like every other leg day. It may be because of my concussion and pinched artery a few years ago. I don't know. I always stay completely hydrated and take enough of a rest. Any suggestions?

Also, my gainer is almost out and my C4 is one solid block. I think I'm going to try ON new Pre, but any suggestions on a new gainer? Beyond Raw is terrible...

Re. the dizziness: you probably need to eat more. Whatever it is, however, just listen to your body. If you're lightheaded take a break.

Also be careful doing FST7 on leg press because if you do fail it could cause some serious injury.

Should I get a different protein other than my 100% whey for post workout? Or just use it? An ill try that with C4, but there's not much left anyway.

I eat a lot, before and after working out. It's only on leg days I feel like this. I'll try eating more though. Couldn't hurt.

And I only do about 50% of my max on the FST7 just to wear them out. I'm able to do all seven without struggling. I did 15 reps at 50% instead of 10 at a higher weight. I only do this for legs though.

Do you use 100% whey or a gainer?

There's nothing wrong with regular whey protein. I just don't see the point of using ones that are sold as "weight gainers."
