Haha not really much to update. Last leg day I got 125 on squat and 220 on leg press.
Then my last chest day was kinda ****ty. My fault though. I slept til like 11:30, didn't eat breakfast, only had like a PB&J before the gym and I was tired. I still put up 115, 5 times, but meh. I wasn't feeling it. Just goes to show how important feeding your body is.
I don't even own a jeep anymore
