i like this thread. fitness and diet are huge in my life. I am a former highschool and college wrestler, as well as a kickboxer. I actually totally changed over from conventional weight lifting, to bodyweight excercises, kettle bells, high intensity cardio training(all the workouts that suck). i hurt my back in college and am getting surgery on weds, but cant wait to heal and get back into shape. I use to be 160 and now weigh 220. I like my weight around 200. it seems to be the weight my body performs best at. Im eager to see how you find out what your ideal weight will be. Diet is huge to my recovery, energy levels and overall health. what is your daily diet look like now?

I'm not too strict on my diet. But here's a typical day:

Breakfast:

A bagel with light cream cheese
Greek yogurt
3 eggs (sometimes just the whites)
Some kind of juice

Pre-lunch snack:

Clif bar
Water

Lunch:

Lunch is whatever I want. I feel like if I have a cheat day, then I won't want to go back to a diet. So I just have whatever I want for lunch. But I'm always health conscious. It may be something like pizza or wings, but I'll have a salad with it and a water.

Pre-dinner snack:

Pb&j sandwich
Water

Dinner:

Either steak, beef, chicken, or sometimes fish
Brown rice or potato
Some sort of veggies
Water

Then a casein shake before bed.

Well my blender bottle melted in the dishwasher today. ****ing thing will melt my bottle, but won't clean the dishes Oh well, went to bodybuilding.com and got some ON whey again but this time in Mocha Cappuccino. 9.1 on taste. Also got their most recommended wrist straps that supposedly Kris Gethin (spelling?) uses. Got another bottle, 32oz this time though. And qualified for a free prize so I got a t-shirt
