Meant to update this but forgot.

Saturday, I finally got 135 on bench. Just barely got one rep, but I got it. So happy. Tried it again on the next set and failed miserably that means that my bench max has gone up 40lbs in about two months. I'm happy with that. Now to get 155.

I typically 6 sets, but I was home and with my friends that all put up 225 easily, so we did like 12 sets

And reps are usually 12-20 warm-up, 6-10 medium, and 3-5 heavy

On days when I try to set a new high, I typically do 2 sets of 20 really light to warm up, 1 set of 8 in the middle of the weight range, then jump right up to my desired weight.

Try this, and you should be surprised at how strong you really are when you are not pre-exhausted. If you want to do more sets after that you can work your way back down.

Very nice. I remember when I first got 135 and it was one of the best feelings I've had in awhile.

I recommend trying this program if you want to blast your bench.

They say it only increases your max but I saw gains everywhere.

Solid leg workout today. Not very heavy, but concentrated on perfect form. Got 115 on squat, 135 on RDL, and 165 on calf raises. I'm all ****ed up right?

Awesome back day. Started doing rack pulls to strengthen my lower back. Since I've been neglecting Dead lifts and only doing RDLs, my hamstrings can do much weight than my lower back.

Done bulking. Now to start cycling, do more abs, and eat lighter and cleaner. We will see what I look like after...

It is DEFINITELY a chest day. And it's been so nice now. Since I'm taking summer classes, NO ONE is hardly ever in the gym. No waiting for equipment

Another successful day. Decided to just do shoulders and abs since they were closing in an hour, but completely BEASTED it. Made gains on every single exercise. I also decided to start doing front barbell shoulder press. Now THAT hurts lol.
