Been stagnant lately because I've been out of town a lot. I joined a new gym here in Charlotte (just moved) and have been going consistently. Still getting used to the new equipment and finding what can/can't be done there. I've started doing morning cardio + afternoon cardio & weights every week day though so pounds should start coming off again.

Went to Sam's last night. Came home with 24 pounds of chicken, 15 dozen eggs, and 6 pounds of peanut butter

The chicken prolly 2 weeks. The eggs prolly 3 maybe 4 if my fiancee doesn't eat any and I don't drop any. The peanut butter...a while!

1st...down to 238.6 this morning. Best weight since 2008

2nd...Leg Day. Leg Press. 3 reps. 1453 pounds.
