Kept to my diet 100% today and had an amazing chest and cardio session.

I feel great!

This reminded me that I need to keep track of my diet on Myfitnesspal. I haven't opened that in ages.

Great arm day.

A guy at my gym had fat gripz (which I've been thinking about getting) and graciously let me try them out.

I thought it would be the same as just using the fat bars but it really is a different feeling. I think I am going to get a set, although I kind of think I should just get the extreme ones because I didn't feel the regular ones that much.

Work the piss out of your forearms (while doing your normal stuff) and thus greatly improve your grip strength

Turn any bar, db, or handle into a 2" grip. Just slip em on and they tax the grip while taking a little stress off the joints.

Seems like a neat invention. Never seen them in person though. I don't really train forearms but I guess I probably should.

Still 250 this a.m.

Did shoulders and abs today and focused on volume rather than weight. I really had to leave my ego at the door but I am glad I did.

I can still barely walk from the punishment I unleashed on my legs yesterday and I am sore as **** all over...luckily I have to take tomorrow off anyways though to start the moving process.

Hoping for 249.x in the morning! or better!
