Into the 250s (259) for the first time in 5 years! Hopefully I'll be in the 240s within the next 2 weeks!

Did the same as last week on leg press but went heavy on squats afterwards.

Managed 1 x 405 on my last set. Pretty happy with that.

Time for some dinner!

Caught a nasty bug last week. Wed night/Thur/Fri I was out puking and ****ting my brains out. It was so bad I lost 7 pounds...on Thursday alone.

I still haven't fully recovered. Went to the gym again today for the first time and had to leave super early. My appetite has been minimal and I don't have much energy either.

I'm trying to eat like normal again. I'm gonna go back to the gym tomorrow and see how I feel.

This sucks

I feel you on that. I was sick earlier in January with mono. I didn't leave my bed for a week them that next week I got sick again. I lost 10lbs and so much strength overall. If I were you I'd lay off the gym for a week and do pull ups, sit ups...etc to get some minor strength back.

Been breaking from my diet too much since I got sick.

Tomorrow, however, is a new day.

Back on the diet and back 100% at the gym. Time to do this!
