I'd say its more diet and cardio than abs. I can do abs all day every day but if fat is still there it won't show.

Thus why I've been dieting and doing a lot of cardio.

Its coming! Down 16 pounds in the last 26 days!

Off to the gym for some leg training and cardio.

I might throw in some abs too depending on how I feel.

"Time to do this!!"

You beasting Eugene. I did a rep chest today 2sets of 12x with 225lbs on flat decline incline then 2sets of 80lb dumbell chest press on flat decline incline. Finish off with 4sets of flys to stretch that chest muscle. Tomorrow is legs.

Decent leg day. Didn't get to cardio/abs because by the time I was done the gym was closing.

I managed 5 x 1125 then 3 x 1200 on leg press. Pretty happy considering I showed improvement even with the circumstances of this past week (sick/crap diet over break). Legs were shakier than normal but I think I'll be back to 100% next week.

I tried front squats but the bar kept wanting to roll off. I need to work on getting that form down because I want to start doing them again (haven't done them since freshman year).

After that I did high reps on back squats. Just 225 lbs but I was going for exhaustion of my quads, not weight.

Calves next. I finished it off with a FST-7 version of standing calf-raises on a machine. Really burned. (Thanks for opening my eyes to FST7, Ty!)

Hammies after that. Just the normal stuff.

At the end I wanted to try the inner thigh machine (hip adductor?) for ****s and giggles. Literally my first time ever using it. It was a good burn and I'll probably throw this in every now and then.

I finished everything off with Jefferson Squats. I learned of this exercise watching Kai Greene and I really like it. Don't need much weight and they definitely thrash what's left of my legs at this point.

YEPPPPPPPPPP

For some reason my chest has felt super weak the past two sessions (today, last Wednesday).

I put up decent weight but I just couldn't get it going like normal. Oh well.

Back tomorrow. Just gotta keep at it!

Are you doing the same chest workouts repetitively or are you doing something different every time?

Also sleep and diet have a lot to do with it.

Same basics but I mix up angles, reps, etc.

I've been getting more sleep than normal so that can't be it. I'm guessing its my diet. The amount of food I'm eating is very very low for my level of activity.

Yeah, lack of caloric surplus will make the weight feel way heavier. Eat more!
