I'm doing my best to maintain. Haven't had to change my clothes sizes or anything but I just haven't had time to get back into a routine.

For shame. Fortunately I'm just coming out of that phase and finally getting back into things.

Wish I only worked 3 hrs a day, I bet I'd have plenty of time.

Good news fellas. I completed some stuff I had to do for my career so my free time in life should start opening back up.

I rejoined a gym yesterday and I am back at it.

Its been over a year since I was truly in a daily routine. Hopefully it won't take long to get it back.

Also restarted my diet today so its time to shed those pounds again.

Back today. Lats are comparatively very weak. I did manage to deadlift 405 though. I think I could've gone a little higher but I don't want to overdo it.

In other news, my body is in shock at being pushed this hard again. I feel like **** right now.

Week 2 deadlift up to 455.

Legs weaker but still got reps of 800+ on leg press. This machine is way different than the one at my old gym so can't compare. More similar to the one back in college.

Chest/arms are weak but working on it.

Down 8 pounds so far.
