Most I've done was 2 x 405 but that was during this cut so its probably more if I have more food in me. I tend to squat more as a finishing exercise just to top off legs. I've found that the leg press is better on my knees and I feel it in my quads better.
Tweaked something in my back last week that is still sore...
I'm hoping it goes away and isn't something more serious. Nonetheless, I'm reevaluating my approach a bit. Still going heavy, but I am gonna be a little smarter in terms of how heavy...at least while I'm still on this cutting diet.
Normal stance. Feet at shoulder-ish width, *** down, head up, stand up. Switch grip once I get over 315 lbs.
I figured it was somewhere in here, but I'm lazy. That's the stance I take as well. I was just wondering because I've read a few different places that taller guys should do a wider stance. But I'm flexible and have enough core strength to do shoulder width. Just curious if you were the same

When I quit cheating! I've been out of town just about every other weekend for a while and it is not helping my diet/weight loss (alcohol, eating out). I'll gain 5 pounds every time and then by the time I lose it I am headed somewhere else. Luckily I will be home for a while now so lets see how it goes. I'm happy with everything except my stomach but I can tell it is coming along so pics might come in the not too distant future.
