Phenomenal leg day. Pushed the same weight as last week but felt much stronger doing so. Also, my form was better on squats. I think I need some new shoes though

Gym was closed yesterday so I have to double up today: shoulders and arms. We'll see what I can do.

Super intense chest workout followed by a great dinner...half pound of bison and some leftover steak. Nothing manlier than that!

I now want to kill a bison and eat it all myself. Add that to my list of life goals.

You should try it out. Very lean meat. Tastes like a somewhat sweet high-quality beef. Very very tasty

I bought this meat at Harris Teeter but I bet the kind at the meat market tastes better. I would like to point it that it costs more than beef but it is nonetheless a nice treat once in a while.
