Last night I was feelin it so tried and got 545. I honestly think I could hit 6 plates if I just get some chalk.

Does a belt help you? It doesn't seem to help me at all on deadlift.

I got some straps for free with my last bodybuilding.com order and I'm itching to try them on deadlift.

It's not so much for help as it is for safety.

I use my schiek wrist straps for lat exercises but not on deadlifts

Well this has been dormant for too long...as have I.

Had to take some time off due to excessive work and the layoff carried over for too long. Nonetheless, I am back at it. Been hitting the gym pretty solid for about 3 weeks now. Most of my strength is back so now it's just diet and staying committed. Like a jeep, it's a never ending cycle!
