It's a lot of mental. The focus is at least. You can really make yourself feel beta alanine lol

N.O. Explode by BSN. I've tried a bunch of pres, tried Animal Rage, tried Jack3d, tried Pre-, tried 1.M.R., tried Assault, none of it worked for me like N.O. Explode. I'm in love with the Lemonade flavor, but I found grape online for like $15 a bottle for 30 servings, so I bought 4...Already down to my last bottle I usually use two and a half scoops. Building up tolerances sucks.

I love c4 myself. One of the best compared to jack3d and craze when they had Dmaa in them. Also to those who use gnc or vitamin shop ect if your buying sups look online you can usually find prices that are much more reasonable.

Strange thing with the regular c4 is if you take it and dont lift weights and only do cardio you will end up on the toliet quick.. cellucor products are quality imo. Bodybuilding.com has good deals from time to time on their products.
The C4 I take doesn't have creatine in it.

I'm not versed in the subject but mine has a specific "creatine free" label

Any other suggestions for us poor college students? The N.O. sounds like an ok deal.

I'd have to say my top two are BSN Hyper FX and Infinite Labs Juggernaut. Both are amazing in my opinion.

No crash
Goes down easy
Tastes alright

C4 has been the best so far for me. Been through jack3d, assault, juggernaut(not good at all), black powder, no explode, super pump, neurocore, and a couple others. I've been through at least 2 tubs of all of these except C4 I've had alot the watermelon mixed with the pineapple is my favorite. I usually switch over after three scoops stops working.

I use 1MR (1 more rep) pre workout and love it. It gets you pumped and focused. It is usually on sale if you shop around. Just don't take it 4 hours before bed cause it might keep you up.
